Majitelce nevyhovovala nefunk\u010dn\u00ed technika v byt\u011b, kter\u00e1 neodpov\u00eddala jej\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m. V \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty projektu a na v\u00fdzvy, kter\u00e9 jsme p\u0159ekonali.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 26px; color: #30a0aa; font-weight: 500;\">Pou\u017eit\u00e9 technologie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rekuperace Atrea<\/strong>: Model Duplex RA5, ur\u010den\u00fd pro teplovzdu\u0161n\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo HKS Lazar<\/strong>: Vzduch-voda, vybran\u00e9 v obdob\u00ed nedostatku.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Somfy p\u0159edokenn\u00ed \u017ealuzie<\/strong>: Instalovan\u00e9 na 2 HS port\u00e1ly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 26px; color: #30a0aa; font-weight: 500;\">Po\u017eadavky, probl\u00e9my a v\u00fdb\u011br \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Vyslechli jsme si probl\u00e9my, navrhli a odsouhlasili \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed s majitelkou a pustili se do pr\u00e1ce. Proces sest\u00e1val z t\u011bchto 3 krok\u016f:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Po\u017eadavek na chytrou dom\u00e1cnost<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Majitelka cht\u011bla <strong>pomoc\u00ed chytr\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti efektivn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my s 2 roky starou technikou<\/strong>. Rozhodla se pro vzduchov\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed pomoc\u00ed rekuperace Atrea Duplex RA5, co\u017e je model ur\u010den\u00fd pro teplovzdu\u0161n\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Tepeln\u00fd zdroj tvo\u0159\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo vzduch-voda HKS Lazar. \u010cerpadlo kupovala v dob\u011b, kdy byl na trhu velk\u00fd nedostatek. To znamenalo, \u017ee firma, kter\u00e1 \u010derpadlo dod\u00e1vala, musela vybrat z jin\u00fdch model\u016f, ne\u017e na kter\u00e9 byla zvykl\u00e1. To sebou p\u0159ineslo komplikace, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010derpadlo ne\u0161lo jednodu\u0161e spojit s rekuperac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Probl\u00e9my s instalac\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem byla <strong>nefunk\u010dn\u00ed komunikace mezi teplovzdu\u0161nou rekuperac\u00ed a tepeln\u00fdm \u010derpadlem<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00edm velk\u00fdm nedostatkem bylo <strong>obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u010derpadla<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00edstup k n\u011bmu byl pouze p\u0159es \u0161patn\u011b dostupn\u00fd panel nebo webov\u00fd port\u00e1l v\u00fdrobce.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>V\u00fdb\u011br syst\u00e9mu chytr\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pro chytrou dom\u00e1cnost jsme zvolili <strong>Home Assistant<\/strong> a to hned z n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rozpo\u010det<\/strong>: Byli jsme omezeni pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00fdm rozpo\u010dtem, proto jsme up\u0159ednostnili levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale funk\u010dn\u00ed HA oproti dra\u017e\u0161\u00edm Loxone \u010di 4Comfort.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrace<\/strong>: Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed Somfy lze jednodu\u0161e integrovat do Home Assistant, oproti tomu do Loxone by integrace byla n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 a drah\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estetika<\/strong>: Aby to i dob\u0159e vypadalo, vybrali jsme okenn\u00ed \u010didla od Ikea. Hodila se do interi\u00e9ru a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jdou dob\u0159e propojit s HA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u017edy <strong>vyb\u00edr\u00e1me \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na m\u00edru a tak, aby spl\u0148ovalo va\u0161e pot\u0159eby a po\u017eadavky<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se sna\u017e\u00edme tyto po\u017eadavky prom\u00edtnout i do ceny automatizace. Tedy, aby byl zvolen\u00fd syst\u00e9m funk\u010dn\u00ed, intuitivn\u00ed a za rozumnou, odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed cenu.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 26px; color: #30a0aa; font-weight: 500;\">Technick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se na <strong>propojen\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong>, abychom dos\u00e1hli maxim\u00e1ln\u00edho komfortu a \u00faspor energie. P\u0159ekonali jsme n\u011bkolik technick\u00fdch v\u00fdzev p\u0159i integraci tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla, chytr\u00fdch \u017ealuzi\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch prvk\u016f do jednoho syst\u00e9mu. Byly to zejm\u00e9na tyto:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Komunikace s HKS Lazar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 Atrea poskytuje technick\u00fd list i s n\u00e1vodem, jak jejich za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ovl\u00e1dat z chytr\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, ale HKS Lazar ani neodpov\u011bd\u011bl na \u017e\u00e1dosti o informace. Zkr\u00e1tka a dob\u0159e, syst\u00e9my spolu nekomunikovaly. Po rozebr\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky T\u010c jsme zjistili, \u017ee HKS Lazar pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed desku Carel. Pomoc\u00ed technick\u00fdch list\u016f <strong>jsme zjistili, jak zapnout a nakonfigurovat v\u00fdm\u011bnu informac\u00ed p\u0159es komunika\u010dn\u00ed protokol ModBus TCP.<\/strong> To umo\u017enilo lok\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci s T\u010c, ale bylo nutn\u00e9 zp\u011btn\u011b dek\u00f3dovat protokol od Carelu pro nastavov\u00e1n\u00ed topn\u00fdch m\u00f3d\u016f a teplot \u010derpadla. <strong>Nakonec jsme p\u0159idali funkci T\u010c, kterou v\u00fdrobce HKS Lazar neinzeruje a ani nezn\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Integrace \u017ealuzi\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u017daluzie Somfy <strong>jsme integrovali do Home Assistant<\/strong> jako HomeKit za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jednoduch\u00e1 automatizace v HA po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s polohou slunce a <strong>v l\u00e9t\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 proti p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed<\/strong>. <strong>V zim\u011b zlep\u0161uje vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> t\u00edm, \u017ee za\u0159\u00edd\u00ed odta\u017een\u00ed \u017ealuzi\u00ed. Zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se na detail. A tak jsme senzor otev\u0159en\u00e9ho okna Parasoll od Ikea p\u0159et\u0159eli antracitovou barvou, aby ladil k HS port\u00e1lu. Pokud je port\u00e1l otev\u0159en, \u017ealuzie se vysunou. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b lze \u017ealuzie ovl\u00e1dat i origin\u00e1ln\u00edm ovlada\u010dem od Somfy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00dasporn\u00fd re\u017eim<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Odchodov\u00e9 tla\u010d\u00edtko <strong>p\u0159epne byt do \u00fasporn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu a aktivuje chytr\u00e9 \u017ealuzie <\/strong>tak, aby v\u00e1m bylo dob\u0159e, a\u017e p\u0159ijdete dom\u016f. A aby i va\u0161e kv\u011btiny m\u011bly slun\u00ed\u010dko, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nevyh\u0159\u00e1lo interi\u00e9r. T\u00edm, \u017ee v zim\u011b nech\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostory vyh\u0159\u00edvat sluncem, u\u0161et\u0159\u00edte za topen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 26px; color: #30a0aa; font-weight: 500;\">Hlavn\u00ed ovlada\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>Jako <strong>hlavn\u00ed ovlada\u010d pro obyvatele bytu slou\u017e\u00ed displej rekuperace Atrea<\/strong>, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje nastaven\u00ed topn\u00e9ho nebo chlad\u00edc\u00edho programu b\u011bhem roku.
